Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET/ KUET/ CUET/ RUET/DUET

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements.
∎ To maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.
∎ Ample experience to prepare BOQ & Estimate.
∎ Sound Knowledge of construction and finishing materials.
∎ Preparation of expenditure statements and other necessary documents at regular intervals during the construction works.
∎ To keep liaison with head quarter, consultants, purchasing entity to execute the project smoothly.
∎ Analyze the expenditure on construction materials to track the actual costs of project.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 8-10 years of experience in Real Estate sector.
∎ IEB Fellowship shall have preference.
∎ Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point), Auto CAD.
