Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD, Designing, Drawing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Management, Site Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review Architectural & Structural Engineering Design.
∎ Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work start.
∎ Prepare contracts and revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, management, suppliers and subcontractors.
∎ Schedule the project sequentially and prudently within budget time required to meet deadlines.
∎ Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials.
∎ Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
∎ Measure and certify payment invoice of vendors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age maximum 35 years but flexible subject to skill set and experience.
∎ Good command over MS Office Package
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Auto CAD, MS Office, MS Project, IPC etc. To ensure that all the logistic support i.e. materials including drawings, designs, detailing are available on demand at the site.
∎ Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be smart, dynamic and have interpersonal skill as well as have the mentality to perform under pressure.
∎ Must be able to manage team members.
∎ Should be able to frequently travel in Bangladesh and overseas.
∎ Should available 24/7-hour for emergency response.
∎ Must have curiosity to learn and develop skill set.
