∎ Overseeing construction work to guarantee strict adherence to design drawings and plans.
∎ Managing and deploying laborers and technical staff to their specific tasks.
∎ Receiving and meticulously tracking all site materials, including maintaining accurate inventory records.
∎ Ensuring the security of personnel and materials, while rigorously enforcing all safety regulations.
∎ Providing regular progress reports to the Project Director.
∎ Cultivating and maintaining a reliable network of labor and technical resources.
∎ Taking full ownership of your assigned responsibilities.
∎ Residing and working full-time at the construction site.
∎ Operating a digital survey machine is a significant plus.
