Job Responsibilities:
∎ Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections
∎ Developing detailed civil and structural designs
∎ Preparing and implementing project plans
∎ Researching and providing estimates for projects
∎ Reviewing government regulations and ordinances
∎ Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems
∎ Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
∎ Assess potential risks, materials and costs
∎ Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors to determine design specifications
∎ Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.
∎ Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the project perspective.
∎ Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts, Vendor designs and others.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge of RAJUK and BNBC regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role is required.
∎ Technical- Strong planning skills,a logical and systematic approach to work, good time management ability, the ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer solutions.
∎ Behavioral- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams, the ability to lead and motivate a team.
∎ Conceptual-Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
∎ Age 30 years or above
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Hardworking, proactive and enthusiastic
∎ Experience in township projects is desired.
