∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify priority projects and make roadmap for timely projects implementation.
∎ Conduct on site investigation and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
∎ Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
∎ Maintain sound liaison with all relevant authorities including different vendors to ensure smooth operation
∎ Collect materials requisition/demand and maintain continual communication with SCM for smooth material flow in the project
∎ Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.
∎ Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility
∎ Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors to determine design specifications.
∎ Forecast design and construction time frame
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Planning Skills with awareness on Projects
∎ 5S TPM at work place
∎ knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
∎ Have practical ideas on 'KAIZEN' practice at factory level
∎ Have Knowledge ISO 9001-2015, MS Office etc.
