∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Construction Building
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision & monitoring of all construction works at site.
∎ Execution of work, record & report daily progress of work as per the schedule.
∎ Ensure quality of work at every phase of construction by maintaining checklists and appropriate procedures.
∎ Preparation & placing of requisition of materials for procurement.
∎ Co-ordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ Ensuring compliance and safety regulations.
∎ Report project status and progress report to Management.
∎ Supervision of all Land, process preparation, Demarcation for future development.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management time-to-time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4-5 years construction experience.
∎ Ability to manage and work under pressure.
∎ Good negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Well conversant with MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.
∎ Should be hardworking and self motivated.
Salary: Negotiable
