Responsibilities & Context:
Provide accurate interpretation between Chinese and English languages during meetings, conferences, and other business-related events.
Assist in translating written documents, such as emails, reports, and presentations, from Chinese to English.
Monitor and develop the production plans with production process.
Conduct research and gather information to ensure accurate understanding and interpretation of technical terms.
Monthly Check the workers attendance time card and solve their problem.
Daily work report submit to Chinese boss and discuss about workers serious issue need to solve.
Attend with the project management meeting and discuss with present situation with manager.
Coordinating between departments to ensure smooth workflows.
Supervising the cleanliness and organization of the office space.
Assist Chinese Manager when new workers are join in the Factory.
Any other tasks assigned by the Management time to time.
