CTPAT, Defense, Security, Security Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
∎ Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
∎ Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards.
∎ Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.
∎ Conducting continuous patrol duty & night movement.
∎ Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.
∎ Review reports on incidents and breaches.
∎ Control departmental resource allocation.
∎ Manpower budgeting.
∎ Prepare effective roster duty allocation plan.
∎ Investigate and resolve issues.
∎ Prepare improvement plan for security Department.
∎ Forecasting thread & taking preventive measure for better defense.
∎ Creating report for management on security status.
∎ Analyze data to form proposals for improvements.
∎ Train subordinate security professionals or other organization members in security rules and procedures.
∎ Plan for special or highly important event.
∎ Working for C-TPAT requirements.
∎ Order security-related supplies and equipment as needed.
∎ Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies.
∎ Respond to medical emergencies, fire threats, fire alarms, following emergency response procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
∎ Experience in reporting and emergency response planning.
∎ Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
∎ Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis
∎ Working knowledge of MS Office
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
∎ Committed and reliable
