∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Consulting Firms, Development Agency, Financial Consultants, Immigration/Visa Processing, Tour Operator, Transport Service, Travel Agent, University

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Examine internal operations to find opportunities to improve processes.
∎ Ensure that operations, HR, and accounting are in order, and work with the CEO to manage sales so that adequate investment money may be budgeted for short-term growth objectives.
∎ Manage capital expenditures and costs assiduously to guarantee that the business meets management's expectations for expansion and profitability.
∎ Create and preserve trustworthy connections with Clients, partners, and suppliers.
∎ Create and implement strategies that are linked to financial and organizational growth.
∎ Assure efficient hiring, orientation, professional growth, performance evaluation, and retention.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 60 years
