∎ Candidates having PGD in HRM or Marketing or Diploma in Social Compliance will have an added advantage.
∎ Additional certifications in retail management, franchising or supply chain management are advantageous.

∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food, Beverage (Packaged), Constriction, Employee Management, retail management, franchising or supply chain management.
∎ The applicants should have vast knowledge on Bangladesh Laboure Law 2006, 2013 & 2018 including amendment rules & regulation.
∎ Excellent people management skills and the ability to lead a diverse team.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing and presenting clear and concise compliance reports to the management.
∎ Program Prepare and keep the documentation related to audit and compliance.
∎ Update to management all compliance reports in regular interval etc.
∎ Ensure proper disciplinary action as per company disciplinary procedures.
∎ Establish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, individual style, quality, creativity and teamwork.
∎ Planning, control and supervision of all office management.
∎ Any others job assigned by the management
