Job Context:
∎ Directly reporting to: Principal, DPS STS School Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for: Supervising overall school operations and functions including finance, marketing, admission, overall business plan, compliance, facilities, HR , security, and administration at the DPS STS School Dhaka
∎ The STS Group is looking for a qualified candidate to be the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of DPS STS School Dhaka, a STS Group initiative, one of the leading schools in Bangladesh.
∎ The Chief Operating Officer is a member of the school's Senior Leadership Team and has reporting responsibility to the School Principal. In turn, the Chief Operating Officer oversees Financial Management, Compliance, Government Liaison, Facilities, Resources Management, Human Resources and other support functions. Should be responsible & should have the potentiality to lead the team & achieve the goal of the organization.
∎ Apart from relevant educational qualifications, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate significant business management acumen, including a proven and successful background in heading teams belonging to multiple functions as detailed above. Significant experience of working as part of an international team, either in Bangladesh or overseas, and preferably in an educational context is desired.
