∎ Knowledge of classic and contemporary design principles.
∎ Understanding of garment construction.
∎ Skills in creating mood boards and design presentations.
∎ Keen eye for detail and color coordination.
∎ Understanding of fabric properties and textile selection.
∎ Proficient in English communication.
∎ Highly skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After effects, InDesign & 3D Software such as- Browzwear, CLO, MYR.

∎ National & international fashion market analysis and survey for trend, pattern, fabrics, color.
∎ Create and conceptualize seasonal collections that align with the brand’s identity and market trends.
∎ Prepare artwork sketches, digital designs, and prototypes for clothing or accessory items.
∎ Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes.
∎ Developing comprehensive mood boards and design presentations.
∎ Select fabrics, colors, and design elements for collections.
∎ Product design and development etc.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are searching for a Chief Fashion Designer who has experience in Fashion design and development in woven (Bottoms, Tops & Jacket), Sweater, Knit, Activewear, Outerwear garments. Should have good knowledge and experience in Graphics Design, Bangladeshi Retail Brand & RMG Sector.
