Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from reputed Public/ Private university.
∎ Experience in Steel, Paper & Chemical industry will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Designing, Installation/ Erection, Operation & Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Paper, Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall mechanical & electro-mechanical equipment design, troubleshooting, machine set-up, safety and cost savings initiatives of various types of paper machines & other related equipment.
∎ Formulate effective equipment planning and ensure efficiency of its operation.
∎ Responsible for overall mechanical resource allocation, planning and execution.
∎ Improve the mechanical process to meet company goals.
∎ Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements.
∎ Ensure effective management of spare parts.
∎ Lead & train the engineering team and oversees training of new employees.
∎ Allocates resources effectively including personnel, materials, and time.
∎ Review safety standard & ensures safety of the worksite during the course of operation & development.
∎ Assist in manpower planning, recruitment and evaluation of the team members.
∎ Drafts reports and data analysis for review by the top management.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in mechanical engineering at any paper & tissue, steel & Chemical manufacturing industry.
∎ knowledge of engineering analysis tools.
∎ Excellent analytical, time management, communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Proficient in Autocad design, SAP and various MS Office applications.
∎ Hard working and able to work under pressure.
∎ Must be a team player having exceptional leadership qualities with creativity.
Salary: Negotiable
