Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee cash transactions and accounting duties according to company policies.
Execute bank deposit/withdrawal activities as instructed/guided by corporate.
Monitor the work of the cashier.
Make sure there is enough change money at the beginning of each shift.
Reconcile cash with receipts at the end of each shift to have error-free accounting and ensure discrepancies are managed immediately.
Maintain all the relevant registers and documentation
Identify and address any accounts-related problems on an immediate basis.
Identify and correct cash register errors and take measures to avoid the repetition of such errors in the future.
