∎ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA is mandatory.
∎ Bachelor in LLB, Certified ITP & VC will give additional advantages.

∎ Strong knowledge of financial regulations, Auditing, Tax VAT & Customs laws, and corporate finance.
∎ Expertise in financial planning, risk management, and cost optimization.
∎ Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, CAAT, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
∎ Develop and introduce industrial policies on competitive business advantages to achieve the company’s short and long-term wealth maximization.
∎ Provide financial insights to support decision-making by the executive leadership team.
∎ Lead budgeting, costing, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
∎ Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Monitor financial performance, profitability, pricining and cost efficiency.
∎ Present financial reports to the Board of Directors, highlighting key insights and risks.
∎ Ensure compliance with tax, vat & Customs laws, corporate regulations, commercial and industry-specific financial guidelines.
∎ Manage financial risks, including currency fluctuations, credit risks and investment risks.
∎ Establish strong internal controls and audit mechanisms.
∎ Establish Departmental KPI, Inventory Management, Working Capital Management, Business Contract and Business Profile for efficient business operation of the company.
∎ Manage capital structure, including debt and equity financing.
∎ Oversee mergers, acquisitions and investment opportunities to drive business growth.
∎ Align and guide on secretarial affairs like incorporation, registration, license renewal, notice, minutes, EGM, AGM, share issue, transfer, election, rotation, register, documentation, liquidation and others Company Affairs.
∎ Optimize cash flow and working capital management.
∎ Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams to ensure high performance.
∎ Foster a culture of financial discipline and operational excellence.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business strategies.
