Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
∎ Knowledge & Skills –
∎ In particular he/she should be able prepare a batch who will be able to conduct the following activities:
∎ Practice Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) procedures.
∎ Work in team environment.
∎ Communicate effectively with clients, family and team.
∎ Assist clients in Activities of daily Living (ADLs).
∎ Perform health screening.
∎ Perform clinical care giving activities.
∎ Provide social care and recreational supports to the clients.
∎ Provide care and supports to elderly and people with special needs.
∎ Provide counseling to the clients and family.
∎ Respond to first aids and emergencies.
∎ Communicate effectively with clients and family.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
In relevant field
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, preparing and delivering high quality training sessions on caregiving taking into account individual learning style and abilities.
∎ Organizing “Training of Trainers” sessions for part-time trainers.
∎ Developing original course contents and study materials.
∎ Completing teaching related administrative tasks including keeping registers, record of completed works, making assessment question papers and marking exams.
∎ Engaging in professional skill development of the trainees to ensure quality and high standards in service delivery, teaching and learning.
∎ Responsible for conducting quality training sessions.
∎ Contracted for the planning, daily management, and implementation of required deliverables as per outlined curriculum.
∎ Closely liaise with the Marketing and Administrative team to organize effective online and offline promotional and value-adding events.
∎ Responsible for mobilizing, activating and strengthening volunteers in implementing project initiatives
∎ Responsible for the timely submission to the Head of the Institute of updates and reports
∎ Coaches/mentors trainees and provides leadership/technical support to them as needed
∎ Ensuring SAJIDA’s safeguarding protocols in the institute to ensure the work environment is in line with safeguarding regulations and policies.
