∎ SKILLS and COMPETENCIES of a Caregiver Active listening, a good understanding of children’s needs and wishes, patience and temper, Sensitivity to children, and Natural authority.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ You must ensure the respect of Internal Rules of the house.
∎ You are the responsible for the cleanness of all  children and the dormitories.
∎ This is a collective home with office. Neighbors are surrounding the building so a special attention has to be taken about the NOISE between the day and not only during the evening.
∎ You must  insure giving  medicines on time to the sick children  and insure all emergency treatments on any accident incidents during the day night time.
∎ The Caregiver will be able to take care of the children as a Mother or of all responsible children. You will be responsible for ALL RESIDENT BOYS and GIRLS.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
