∎ Masters in any discipline/ MBA

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the UPS Office in all administrative matters
∎ Provide logistic supports for UPS workshops, meetings and seminars
∎ Prepare notices for students
∎ Update and monitor notice boards
∎ Prepare certificates for students' applications abroad
∎ Prepare documents to meet International Admissions Requirements
∎ Prepare UCAS (UK) necessary paper work as required for winning admissions to universities in UK
∎ Be the primary person to maintain the Scholastica Alumni Association database and other related documents
∎ Coordinate with other departments during special events/occasions as and when required
∎ Attend seminars and workshops both in house and other organizations if and when necessary
∎ Build good relationship with students to get a feedback on the students' aptitude and interests in order to effectively suggest courses and colleges
∎ Arrange and conduct counseling sessions with different International Agencies, Groups or Colleges/ Universities
∎ Assist UPS Senior Manager in keeping liaison with concerned International Agencies for updating information for school students
∎ Counsel students with proper guidance in applying for universities in USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Japan and other countries
∎ Responsible for dealing with all the duties related to courier services

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Experience in University Placement Services will be given preference.
∎ High level of proficiency in English (both verbal & written) is essential.
∎ O & A level background candidates will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable
