Job Context:
∎ Call Centre Team Leaders should have the enviable task of trying to improve the performance of each individual employee to help meet the organisation’s goals and complete a range of administration and management tasks.
∎ Job Location : Chattogram, Baizid Bostami Road
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting training sessions for call centre executives to improve their skills and learn new processes.
∎ Monitoring call center activity to identify opportunities for improvement or resolve problems in real time
∎ Developing and implementing new training programs as needed to support department goals
∎ Managing employee performance, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
∎ Managing work schedules and overtime hours for the team, making sure that all shifts are covered
∎ Call analysis and plan for process betterment
∎ Maintain the daily inbound and outbound and sales call targeted by the teams
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication skills in Bangla and English with a proper accent
∎ Good reading and writing skills in both Bangla and English
∎ Applicants have to be smart, energetic and have good communication skill
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining a team
∎ Excellent Communication skills with customers
∎ Analytic skill and the working ability for team development
