Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ Following call center "scripts" when handling different topics
∎ Identifying customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
∎ Handling complaints and inquires keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision
∎ Keeping record of all conversations in our call center database
∎ Maintain liaison between our company and its current and potential customers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in a customer support role will be given preference.
∎ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
∎ Effective communications skill

Salary:
