Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BPO Industries, call centre executive, Hospital Call Center
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clinic, Hospital, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ This is a full-time position that has to work with patients.
∎ Provide the best services to the patients and the attendant of the patients.
∎ Should be experienced in working in the call center.
∎ Preference will be given who has experience working in the hospital.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate has to handle inbound and outbound call
∎ Call the patients for an appointment
∎ Call the patients to remind them of the follow-up call
∎ Conduct survey via telephone
∎ Answer the queries of the patients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years

Salary: Negotiable
