Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to manage the overall operational activities of the Call Center very professionally. Major Job activities of the position are as follows:
∎ Managing daily smooth running of the call center operations.
∎ Monitor customer feedback and develop ways to better serve customers.
∎ Maintain Service level as per benchmark set by the Management
∎ Supervise call center agents in a very professional manner.
∎ Ensure that customers receive the quickest possible service.
∎ Resolve customer complaints and concerns by investigating problems, develop solutions and manage customers with satisfaction
∎ Maintain high level of customer satisfaction index
∎ Ensure all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded
∎ Study & analyze customer feedback related to products & services and take necessary corrective actions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have minimum 3 years of relevant experience in reputed Call Centers.
∎ Excellent English Communication skills
∎ Sense of responsibility and achieve the daily target
∎ Excellent supervising skills and working ability for team development
∎ Good command in Microsoft office and CRM software
