Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering inbound calls, and respond to customer's emails or SMS via the social media platform
∎ Handling customer complaints. Understand customer requirements and suggest as per requirements
∎ Identify and escalate issues to the corresponding department by creating a ticket
∎ Provide product and service information to customers
∎ Research required information using available resources
∎ Manage customer information
∎ Route calls to appropriate resources
∎ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
∎ Following up on customer calls
∎ Making outbound calls
∎ Collect customer feedback
∎ Complete call logs and reports
∎ Other duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Capable to handle customer queries and complaints instantly
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward the clients at all times
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
∎ Acknowledging client complaints with a positive attitude also handling the complaints, and providing appropriate solutions
∎ Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Good voice quality (Especially in Bengali and English pronunciation)
∎ Ability to work under Pressure
