Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. / Diploma in Architecture from any Recognized Engineering Institutions/University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicant must have knowledge in Auto CAD operation, drafting, Scheduling, monitoring &
∎ supervision.
∎ Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of costing, consolidation and validation of data
∎ for the standard costing purpose.
∎ Preparation and detailed analysis of the product cost data. Working at product costing and
∎ analysis of monthly variations.
∎ Responsible for creating a quality architectural and interior design.
∎ Attending client meeting & monitor running project/s.
∎ Develop and provide comprehensive design service for new project as well as renovation &
∎ modification of existing building/s.
∎ Developing product designs from scratch. Producing rough sketches and using CAD software
∎ to prepare detailed drawings, plans and blueprints.
∎ Making Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical drawing.
∎ Ensuring product designs meet required safety and structural standards.
∎ Generating Solid and Surface CAD models using AutoCAD software. Blending technique and
∎ aesthetics to create final designs.
∎ Specialization in 3D visualization/modeling/texturing & V-ray rendering.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Skills Required: Architectural Drafting, AUTO CAD and Solid Works, Auto CAD Drafting, AutoCAD, Civil/ Electrical Drawing, Mechanical Design.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3d Modeler, Auto CAD 2D 3D, AUTO CAD and Solid Works, Auto CAD Drafting.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Construction Firms, Engineering Firms.
∎ Females are encouraged to apply.
∎ Presentation of 3D-Max is preferred.
