We are actively seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a CAD Operator.

Responsibility

• Capable of preparing Architectural plan for RAJUK approval of Multistoried building as per Instruction of Architect.

• Capable to prepare working drawing of multistoried apartment Building as per Instruction of Architect & Preparing detail Drawing.

• Capable of preparing structural Drawing as per Instruction of structural Engineer.

• Specialist Auto Cad & SketchUp Software.

• Preparing the Preliminary Presentation Layout Plans or Proposals as per Guideline for Management Approval.

• Preparing complete set of Drawings for Sales & Marketing Dept.

• Preparing all required Architectural Drawings for construction purposes.

• Helping Engineering Dept. for preparing Structural, Electrical and Plumbing Drawings required for construction purpose.

• Preparing Drawings for Approval Authorities like CDA, City Corporation, WASA, PDB etc. with the help of Sr. CAD Engr.

• Distributing Drawings at different stages of Design Development and Building Construction to different concerned persons with approval from proper authorities.

• Maintaining the Drawing Distribution Logbook.

• Preparing as built Drawings of completed Projects.

• Preserving all Approved Drawings, as built Drawings and other relevant Documents (Hard Copy & Soft Copy) in a systematic way for future reference.

• During Construction, visiting the sites at different phases as per instruction of Dept. Head.

• Helping the site measurement process for handover purpose.

• Providing any kind of emergency technical support as per company requirements with the consent of HOD.

• Any other task assigned by Management.
