Responsibilities & Context:

• সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যম (Social Media), কল সেন্টার ও মিডিয়া সেল কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা, অনলাইন প্রচারণা এবং কাস্টমার কমিউনিকেশন কার্যক্রমে সহায়তা করা।

• ফেসবুক, ইনস্টাগ্রাম, ইউটিউব, গুগল পেজসহ সামাজিক মাধ্যম পরিচালনা ও আপডেট রাখা।

• ডিজিটাল ব্যানার, পোস্ট এবং প্রমোশনাল কনটেন্ট তৈরি ও প্রকাশে সহায়তা করা।

• কল সেন্টার ও মিডিয়া সেল সম্পর্কিত কল রিসিভ, রেকর্ড ও রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা।

• গ্রাহক ও পার্টনারদের সঙ্গে ভদ্র ও পেশাদার যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখা।

• দৈনিক কার্যক্রমের রিপোর্ট তৈরি ও প্রশাসনিক সহায়তা প্রদান।

• নতুন টুলস, মার্কেটিং সফটওয়্যার ও এআই অ্যাপ্লিকেশন (যেমন ChatGPT, Canva ইত্যাদি) ব্যবহার।
