∎ Relevant certifications in business development, project management, or industry-specific qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, projects, and market trends in the construction, gas, oil, and Energy sectors.
∎ Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop effective business strategies.
∎ Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies, EPC companies, and joint venture partners.
∎ Initiate and maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients to understand their needs, expectations, and project requirements.
∎ Prepare and submit competitive proposals for construction projects, emphasizing the company's strengths and capabilities.
∎ Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proposals meet client specifications.
∎ Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
∎ Collaborate with finance and project management teams to develop accurate cost estimates for tender submissions.
∎ Develop and implement processes to ensure timely completion and submission of tenders.
∎ Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
∎ Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
∎ Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any issues or concerns.
∎ Develop and manage budgets for business development activities.
∎ Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a network and promote the company's services.
∎ Participate in professional organizations related to the construction and energy sectors.
