Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting potential stakeholders, clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
∎ Support in the planning and directing the company's business development strategy and long-term goals.
∎ Conduct industry research and provide views on market outlook, including recommendations based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, viability of business partners and internal business improvement.
∎ Finding and developing new business opportunities.
∎ Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
∎ Draw up client contracts for legal vetting
∎ Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
∎ Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
∎ Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
∎ Excellent organisational skills.
∎ Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in business analyst and development or related field.
∎ Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
