∎ We are looking for an Efficient Administrator who is good in handling all works relating to Government, Banks, Auditing, Legal, Accounts/Finance, Office Administration and HR. Working for a Start Up, this is a key role as he/she will be part of team starting the company and leading to its growth and Success. You must be well versed with Governmental work and various Banking, Finance, Legal and Auditing frameworks. This job requires travel to various Government offices, Banks etc. and hence a person with Two Wheeler / Car license is mandatory. There maybe travel as required to Dubai & other Middle East cities
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with Leadership team of group, to form the company by coordinating with BIDA, Various Ministries in Bangladesh to get legal approvals as required
∎ Identify best form of Company to ensure Compliance and Profitability for group
∎ Manage all Human Resource related tasks of employees including Recruiting, Training, Exit, Staff performance, Salaries, Time & Attendance etc.
∎ Manage all tasks of Accounts/Finance relating to Payables, Receivables, and Assets etc.
∎ Document and store all official papers in efficient manner & also digitally, for easy retrieval
∎ Arrange for official travel of Executives with tasks on Visa, Ticketing, Government related work etc.
∎ Produce professional reports, presentations and briefs
∎ Work with CEO & Managing Director to develop new growth opportunities & business development
∎ As business stabilizes, play a strategic role to ensure Sustainability, Profitability & Customer Centricity is maintained
∎ Write documents for all Processes, Continuous improvisation, Banking & Audit purposes
∎ Ensure workplace is Safe, Hygienic and gives a Productive work atmosphere
∎ Ensure Zero tolerance towards any form of Discrimination and Harassment
∎ Your work based in Dhaka, may include travel to other cities in Bangladesh and possibly to Dubai & other Middle Eastern cities to conduct events
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Mandatory 2 years’ experience in Company Formation, Government approvals, BIDA related work etc
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s degree
∎ Must be handle Accounts/Finance and HR related work
∎ Exceptional skills in Excel reporting and PowerPoint presentation - Digital Story telling
Salary:
