We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join the team in the role of Expert Building Electrical Design Engineer For IED at Tajmahal Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.
∎ -APPLICANT
∎ Must have sound working knowledge in updated design software.
∎ Ability to do fast and flawless engineering calculation.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of local and international engineering codes
∎ Must have experience of doing electrical design-drawing for commercial, non-commercial, mixed used, different types of factory building, ware house, plant of government, semi-govt. And private organization.
∎ Good proficiency in communication in english language
∎ Must be a team player
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for doing all electrical drawing-design
∎ Designing the layout of energy distribution, water pipes and ventilation systems and identifying relevant materials
∎ Based on design requirement the person should able to produce detail drawing.
∎ Making sure that all building services meet health and safety requirements and environmental legislation.
∎ Keeping up to date with the latest building regulations
∎ Detail estimating, preparation of BOQ according to design
∎ Taking responsibility for all related electrical drawing-design
∎ Visiting sites anywhere in Bangladesh when needed.
∎ Develop project specific work management plans. Ensure work plans are coordinated with owner, contractor(s) and other stakeholders
∎ Preparing / writing, managing and finalizing different kinds of related reports
∎ Should have substation design experience.
∎ Coordinating with all the engineering departments and ensuring the electrical detail drawings as per the standard.
∎ Any other task as and when required.
