Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development:
∎ Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns.
∎ Ensure effective communication and coordination with the media agencies for the implementation of promotional campaigns.
∎ Establishing ATL, BTL, and TTL branding, along with commensurate media planning to advertise the company's products effectively
∎ Present proposals, including cost estimates, to management in a timely manner
∎ Develop a social media strategy using all relevant platforms to reach our target audience
∎ Build brand awareness and positioning
∎ Recognize deficiencies in existing marketing campaigns and develop practical solutions within the budget
∎ Coordinate cross-functional in-house and outdoor events and consumer engagement programs while ensuring smooth inter-departmental coordination
∎ Collaboration:
∎ Collaboration with agencies and the account team to understand campaign objectives and advertising strategy
∎ Collaboration with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth, comprehensive & flawless campaign execution (timely product launch, regulatory approval, channel readiness, customer service readiness, production readiness)
∎ Communication:
∎ Communicate effectively with creative teams, community managers, and developers to develop media strategies and campaigns
∎ Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
∎ Build relationships with appropriate bodies within the Corporate Sector, the Government sector and identify, and thus secure potential partnership opportunities
∎ Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as brainstorm fresh strategies
∎ Manage:
∎ Managing internal communication channels so that operational team managers and staff members are aware of campaign and promotion details
∎ Keep in contact with media outlets, such as TV, newspapers, and websites
∎ Maintain strategic relationships with key players, agencies, and vendors in the industry
∎ Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
∎ Manage approval of creative & content.
∎ Monitor:
∎ Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
∎ Analyze the monthly sales data product-wise and region-wise to understand the sales trend
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
∎ Analyzing target audiences' characteristics, media habits, and behavior
∎ Identification of research needs, execution of research projects, and analysis of research results
∎ Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research, and implement best practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Broad knowledge of media channels
∎ Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
∎ Working knowledge of industry-related data analysis tools, such as Microsoft PowerBI and Tableau.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure.
∎ Strong analytical and organizational skills
∎ Ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information.
∎ Deeply analytical mind with an aptitude for statistics and math.
∎ Extremely self-motivated with the ability to work independently when needed.
