∎ Degree in marketing or related field

Job Context:
∎ Purpose / Direction :
∎ Understand the markets in which PFEC Global operates in order to lead or take advantage of opportunities
∎ Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about PFEC Global and drive qualified traffic
∎ Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
∎ Develop PFEC marketing activity to achieve company sales targets
∎ Adoption of new technology and implement those for company`s benefits.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Client and Internal Relationships:
∎ Communicate regularly with key stake holders on marketing activity
∎ Gain buy in from key stakeholders on annual marketing plan and drive engagement planned activity at various forums / meetings
∎ Report findings on marketing campaigns to stakeholders
∎ Develop new channels of distribution to increase revenue
∎ Brand Marketing :
∎ Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis, and much more
∎ Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
∎ All social media channels are updated and monitored with engaging content on a daily basis
∎ Plan and execute all website, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
∎ Design, build and maintain our social media presence
∎ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
∎ Brainstorm, present and create new and creative growth strategies
∎ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
∎ Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
∎ Reporting, Analysis & Administration
∎ Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
∎ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven working experience in marketing particularly digital Position Specific marketing
∎ Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, YouTube, website, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
∎ Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
∎ Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
∎ Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, )
∎ Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
∎ Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
∎ Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners
∎ Advanced written and verbal communication skills
∎ Proven ability to adapt to changing work environments
∎ Demonstrated ability to meet set targets
∎ Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Outlook
