Experience:
MBBS / B. Pharm / M. Pharm (with minimum 3.5 GPA) from any reputed Public or Private University
Candidates having MBA in marketing well get preference
Proactive, innovative, team player and committed to deliver quality work on time
Good knowledge in computer operation and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
Good analytical, planning skills and multitasking ability
Willing to travel anywhere in Bangladesh due to business purpose
Experience: Minimum 1 year in PMD/SBMD of any reputed pharmaceuticals company.
Experience to work with Hepatology/ Gastroenterology/ Oncology/ Hematology portfolio in any reputed Pharmaceuticals Company will get preference
Analyzing product life cycle along with market opportunities and developing annual brand plan comprising innovative market creation or penetration strategies to ensure sustainable growth and attain market leadership of the assigned product range
Converting strategies into creative and effective promotional mix/ tactics for helping and guiding the sales team to tap the opportunities and achieve targets
o Continuously doing market research, competitors’ activity analysis and evaluating the effectiveness of own strategies and promotional plan as well as modifying/customizing them as per the market dynamics
Preparing annual revenue and expense budget as well as monthly forecasting of assigned brands and portfolio
Effectively communicating with the sales team using various media, providing training and direction to them to ensure that they are well-equipped with scientific and communication skills for improved in-clinic performance and excelling the execution of strategies
Conducting meetings, scientific symposia, CMEs, and conferences and ensuring brand visibility in the target audience segment of the pharmaceutical industry, like - healthcare professionals, hospitals etc.
Extensively analyzing the market, internal sales, and prescription data to monitor assigned brands’ health and build necessary market insights
Doing field work across the country to gather firsthand knowledge about customers, competitors’ activities, effectiveness of our ongoing promotional materials and activities, current market need as well as building and maintaining relationship with key customers
Arranging and providing academic and scientific support to the customers
Identifying new products in segments of interest and ensuring successful launches of new products including pre-launch, launch and post-launch activities
Carrying out any other task assigned by the management
