Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties will include offering administrative support across the organization and coordinate the Admin, Accounts, Management activities. Your duties will include but not limited to:
∎ Greet and welcome guests as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate person and office
∎ Respond to incoming and outgoing calls and also forwarding phone calls to the appropriate person
∎ Supervise office hygiene, security, canteen and also maintaining office-supplies
∎ Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information and respond to requests
∎ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
∎ Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
∎ Order Admin supplies and keep inventory of stock
∎ Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable
