Responsibilities & Context:
Position: Branch Manager
Location: Mirpur 01
Duty Time: 10.30 A.M to 10.00 P.M ( 6 days of a Week )
Key Responsibilities:·
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Staff Management: Supervise branch staff, setting performance targets and conducting regular evaluations.
Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, increase branch revenue, and expand the customer base.
Financial Oversight: Manage branch budgets, control expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
Compliance: Ensure branch operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, including financial statements, sales reports, and employee evaluations.
Requirements:·
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role in any renowned fashion or sports brand, preferably in a similar industry. (3-5 years)
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in relevant software and tools; ability to multitask and work under pressure.·
Software: POS software, MS Office
