∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
∎ Experience in Retail Store / Chain Shop / Clothing Brand is highly preferred
∎ Must have leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
∎ Knowledge of sales planning, inventory, and POS system operations
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet
∎ Ensure excellent customer service and branch discipline
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
∎ Manage accounts, cash flow, stock, and inventory at branch level
∎ Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of branch staff
∎ Maintain branch documentation and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports
∎ Handle visual merchandising and store branding standards
∎ Coordinate with Head Office for operational and logistical support
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Branch Manager for our reputed clothing brand. The ideal candidate must have practical knowledge in managing branch operations, accounts-related activities, sales, and team supervision. The candidate should be capable of working independently under minimal supervision and must be result-oriented.
