∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Previous experience in playgrounds, kids entertainment zones, or retail supervision is preferred
∎ Strong leadership and customer service skills.
∎ Ability to manage a team and multitask in a dynamic environment
∎ Good communication skills in Bangla and English
∎ Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the daily operation of the playground, including staff supervision, cleanliness, safety, and customer service
∎ Ensure all equipment and play zones are well-maintained and safe for use
∎ Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
∎ Manage bookings, birthday parties, group activities, and promotional events
∎ Lead a team of playground staff, including attendants, cleaners, and support personnel
∎ Maintain proper cash handling and report daily sales to the accounts department
∎ Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company policies
∎ Coordinate with maintenance and vendors for repairs or service issues
∎ We are seeking a responsible and energetic Branch Incharge to manage the daily operations of our Kids Playground facility. The ideal candidate will be passionate about children's entertainment, possess excellent leadership skills, and ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for kids and families.
