Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Modeling and detailing in BIM/Revit Software·
∎ Have to work smoothly on BIM/Revit Software·
∎ Produce drawings following the drawing standard set by the organization.·
∎ To develop structural drawings, Architectural Drawings, MEP Drawings based on the conditional drawing provided by the client.·
∎ Understanding all instruction and drawing accordingly·
∎ Coordinate with the design engineers, whenever necessary·
∎ Ability to perform in any stage of work.·
∎ Incorporating any other detailing when required.·
∎ Visiting sites anywhere in Bangladesh when needed.·
∎ Any other task as and when required.
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Diploma in Civil or Diploma in Architecture.
∎ Candidates with a graduate degree must have at least 5+ Years of experience.
∎ Candidates with a diploma must have at least 10+ Years of experience.
∎ Age N/A·
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Must have sound working knowledge in updated design software.·
∎ Must be experienced in Revit/BIM Software·
∎ Ability to cope up with any instructions.·
∎ Ability to understand and start work from any stage of project.·
∎ Must have sound knowledge of local and international engineering codes·
∎ Must be a team player.·
∎ Ability to work in team with other engineering department and other co-workers.·
∎ Ability to work under pressure·
∎ Good proficiency in communication in English language·
