∎ পেপার উৎপাদনকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানে সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে ন্যূনতম ৩ থেকে ৫ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ আবেদনকারীকে ন্যূনতম এস.এস.সি বা সমমান পাশ হতে হবে।
