∎ যে কোন প্রতিষ্ঠানে সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে ন্যূনতম ৩ থেকে ৫ বছরের কাজের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ বয়লার অপারেটর পদে ন্যূনতম ২য় শ্রেণির লাইসেন্স আবশ্যক।
∎ আবেদনকারীকে ন্যূনতম এস.এস.সি বা সমমান পাশ হতে হবে।
