Back Office Support (BOS) Roles – High-Performance Remote Team (Bangladesh)
Supporting a UK Property, Lettings & Sales Business
We are not hiring for generic admin roles. We are building a system.
Our UK-based property business operates across lettings, sales, and property management, with a clear focus on growth, precision, and long-term market leadership. To support this, we are establishing a structured Back Office Support (BOS) operation in Bangladesh — designed to remove friction from front-end, revenue-generating teams in the UK.
This is an opportunity to join at the foundation stage of a serious, scalable operation. You will not simply complete tasks. You will operate within a defined system where clarity, discipline, and performance matter.
We are currently recruiting for three roles within this structure.
BOS 2 – Maintenance & Operations Coordinator
You will manage property maintenance workflows, ensuring issues raised by tenants are handled quickly, correctly, and without delay. Using structured systems such as Fixflo, you will triage jobs, assign contractors, track progress, and ensure completion.
This role requires strong organisation, disciplined follow-up, and the ability to keep multiple moving parts under control. Communication must be clear and consistent at all times.
Success in this role means maintenance issues are resolved efficiently, updates are always accurate, and nothing is left untracked or unmanaged.
BOS 3 – Lettings Support & Enquiry Handler
You will manage inbound enquiries from prospective tenants, respond professionally, and ensure viewings are booked efficiently. You will act as the first point of contact in the lettings process, which means your communication must be clear, confident, and structured.
You must be able to handle multiple conversations at once while maintaining speed and accuracy. Success in this role means no enquiry is missed, responses are timely, and the lettings pipeline moves smoothly from enquiry to viewing.
BOS 4 – Sales Support & Deal Coordinator
You will support the sales function by handling enquiries, coordinating viewings, managing offers, and assisting with deal progression.
This role involves managing multiple stakeholders and timelines, so attention to detail and organisation are critical. You must be able to track progress, maintain communication, and ensure deals continue moving forward.
Success in this role means transactions are well-coordinated, information is always up to date, and the UK team is supported effectively.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for intelligent, process-driven individuals who can operate within a structured environment.
You must have strong written and spoken English, clear communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail. You should be comfortable learning systems quickly, following defined processes, and thinking independently when required.
These roles are remote, but they require discipline, reliability, and responsiveness. You must be able to work in alignment with UK business hours where needed.
Training will be provided, but initiative is expected. You should be someone who learns quickly, takes ownership, and improves over time.
These roles require a high level of IT literacy and digital confidence. You must be comfortable working across multiple systems simultaneously, including CRMs, workflow platforms, communication tools, and cloud-based environments.
This is not basic computer use — you will be expected to navigate new software quickly, input and manage data accurately, troubleshoot minor issues independently, and maintain organised digital records.
Strong candidates will be proactive with technology, able to adapt to new tools without constant guidance, and capable of using systems to improve speed, accuracy, and overall efficiency.
Those who struggle with structured systems or require repeated instruction on digital tools will not be a suitable fit.
The Opportunity
This is part of a long-term build. As the Bangladesh operation grows, there will be clear progression opportunities for high performers, including senior roles and team leadership positions.
You will be part of a system designed to scale, with clear expectations and standards.
What Success Looks Like
Success in these roles is defined by consistency and control. Tasks are completed accurately, communication is professional, systems are followed properly, and issues are identified and resolved early.
Your work will directly improve the speed, quality, and performance of the UK operation.
Application Process – Serious Candidates Only
We are selective. This environment suits individuals who are disciplined, detail-focused, and capable of operating at a high standard.
If you are looking for a routine role with minimal responsibility, this is not the right fit. If you are motivated and want to be part of a structured, growing operation, we encourage you to apply.
To Apply
Please complete the application form carefully.
Low-effort or incomplete applications will not be considered.
Only serious candidates should apply.
Base Salary: BDT 30,000 – 35,000 per month, depending on experience, capability, and role fit.
Performance Incentives: Additional monthly performance-based bonuses linked to accuracy, responsiveness, and output. High performers will see clear financial progression beyond base salary.
Structured Progression: This is not a static role. As the Bangladesh operation grows, there are defined pathways into senior positions, specialist roles, and team leadership for those who consistently perform.
International Exposure: Work directly with a UK-based property business, gaining experience in lettings, sales, and property management systems used in a developed market.
Training & Development: Ongoing structured training will be provided. Candidates are expected to learn quickly and apply knowledge in real working scenarios.
Mentorship & Feedback: Regular guidance and performance feedback from UK management to support development and maintain high standards.
Stable Remote Role: Long-term opportunity within a structured system, with clear expectations, processes, and performance standards.
Performance Recognition: Strong contributors will be recognised through increased responsibility, salary reviews, and advancement opportunities.
Paid Leave: Annual leave plus recognised public holidays, managed within a performance-driven environment.
