Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture / Trade Course
∎ Diploma in architecture/ trained by institution on 3D
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ FAR calculation with RAJUK and relevant others department approval sheet preparation.
∎ Able to understand the landscape drawing.
∎ Able to understand the project as built drawing.
∎ Able to understand of project relevant others drawing such as structure, electrical, plumbing and electro-mechanical drawing.
∎ Draws plans for structural foundations and other construction projects.
∎ Draws layout of room and building interiors.
∎ Sound knowledge in Architectural presentation drawing preparation.
∎ Sound knowledge in architectural working and detail drawing.
∎ Sound knowledge of CAD,2D and 3D Architectural software.
∎ Revises drawings based on instructions from engineers or architects.
∎ Visits building construction sites to collect data for drawings.
∎ Monitors compliance with building codes throughout the construction process.
∎ Able to understand the project finishing drawing and its working drawing.
∎ Able to work in under pressure.
