Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Candidate must have to completed PGHRM course from a renowned institution.
∎ Candidate have to completed Fire Safety Manager course from FSCD.
∎ Candidate who are Certified on SA-8000 & ISO-14001:2015 will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Audit, Compliance, Internal Audit
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Audit, Compliance Audit, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to all RSC audit related works (Structural, Fire & Electrical)
∎ Responsible to all Compliance Audit related works & capable to successfully handle all buyer audit related issues.
∎ Responsible to communicate regularly with different auditors & buyers regarding factory audit issues.
∎ Responsible to Prepare all audit related issues required By Audit firms & buyers.
∎ Any Other Kind of tasks that management may require to be done.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Candidate must have to minimum 10 years practical experience on compliance audit otherwise no need to apply.
∎ Be able to fluent in English.
∎ Should have strong communication & analytical skills.
∎ Able to communicate in English with higher Management.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in IT.
∎ Should have keen sense of Punctuality along with ethical & Professional responsibility.
Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
