Responsibilities & Context:
Greet gym members and assist them in using spa and relaxation facilities.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the spa area, including sauna, steam room, showers, and lockers.
Ensure availability of clean towels, robes, slippers, and toiletries.
Prepare and reset massage or treatment rooms as required.
Guide members on proper spa usage and etiquette.
Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
