Educational Requirements:
∎ For Asst. Service & Support Engineer B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering or Relevant field from any reputed University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Engineer will be recruited for ATM/CRM/RCDM/CDM Support Team, Technical Support Dept.
∎ Installation and set-up of ATM/CRM/RCDM/CDM, Problem Identification, Diagnoses, Resolution.
∎ Provide field service for customers 24x7, handle and process customer complaints on our provided terminal.
∎ Ensure faster resolution of client queries, technical analysis of clients' requirements & response to the client on time regarding software enhancement fixes & disputes.
∎ Periodic (Preventive Maintenance) on ATM/CRM and Different Products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Fresher's are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Basic Computer Literacy is mandatory.
Salary:
∎ 12.5K - 15K (Asst. Service & Support Engineer)

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
