Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Training on IOSH-MS, BFSCD certified and EHS related training will be added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure & implement the EHS Culture and introduce AKIJ EHS norms.
∎ Monitoring Site Safely activities and ensure safe workplace accordingly.
∎ Implement Dally Toolbox Meeting and EHS (Safely) Training.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly mid Monthly EHS Report.
∎ Assess JSA, HIRA and implement at site also train up to employees.
∎ Analyze Accident/Incident investigation Report.
∎ Prepare Risk Assessment of area wish and implement mitigation plan along with concern Department.
∎ Evaluate and identify risk and hazard areas in the factory and mark with warning and danger sings.
∎ Ensure proper MSDS Safety at workplace and train up to people accordingly.
∎ Ensure and implement permit to work (PTW) System as well prevent all kinds of accident/incident related event.
∎ Increase regularly awareness/ training on risk assessment mitigation.
∎ Conduct fire & emergency mock drill session Inspect & update all Firefighting arrangement regularly.
∎ Communicate with Department ln-charge/ Shift in-charge for implementing the EHS culture and make sure safer work station.
∎ Review all EHS related Documents for ensuring different types of audits.
∎ Ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Guide all Employees about EHS.
∎ Maintain Fire Extinguishers daily, weekly and monthly as well install new firefighting arrangements.
∎ Implement EHS norms with the sub-contractor's safety from time to time regarding safety matters.
∎ Identify risk and hazard areas in the factory and mark with warning and danger sings.
∎ Arrange and conduct Firefighter, Rescue, First Aid training program.
∎ Install fire safety equipment and safety signage as required.
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned by line manager/ In-change.
