∎ Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse ERP management software.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the back store, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal stock management.
∎ Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and prevent stock discrepancies.
∎ Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
∎ Monitor product shelf-life, storage conditions, and FIFO (First in, First Out) principles.
∎ Implement and maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance standards in the warehouse.
∎ Lead a team of storekeepers and warehouse assistants, providing necessary training and supervision.
∎ Develop and enforce SOPs for stock handling, loading, unloading, and warehouse organization.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of goods received, issued, and returned.
∎ Liaise with the sales and operations team to fulfill store demands efficiently.
∎ Optimize storage space, reduce wastage, and control operational costs.
∎ Prepare periodic reports on stock levels, order requirements, and warehouse performance.
