Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Inventory Management Process Audit- Raw Materials receiving to store, issue to production floor, period end WIP declaration and finished goods movement.
∎ Periodical stores movement record & report audit and period end Stock report of RM, WIP, FG and others inventories and their aging status audit.
∎ Attainable capacity and production plan wise Daily & Monthly production report audit. Job order wise production & delivery activity audit for finding out Job order wise operational performance.
∎ Imported & local Spares, Electrical goods & Production supplies consumption qty. & cost audit.
∎ Unit and Bank wise Term Loan Installment Pay and Balance audit.
∎ Monthly Strategic Business Units (SBUs) performance Audit.
∎ Monthly Job Order wise Pre-Cost Vs Post Cost Audit report for Jamuna Denim Garments Ltd.
∎ Monthly Yarn, Dyes & Chemical Consumption Qty. and Expired Chemical audit.
∎ Productivity & Profitability Audit- Cost percentage on Sales/Service revenue like i. Material cost (Fiber/Filament/Yarn cost/Dyes & Chemical cost) and ‘Overhead’ cost ii. Payroll cost, iii. Power & Utility cost, iv. Interest on Loan cost, v. Depreciation cost against UOM per KG/per Yards/Unit.
∎ Buyer, PO & Style wise Fabric & Accessories consumption audit in RMG Units.
∎ Bank Charge, LC Commission, Duty & demurrage and Landed Cost audit.
∎ Management advisory audit, confidential investigations and Periodical inventory ageing & audit.
