∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sufficient knowledge on GMP Guidelines like: EU-GMP, UK MHRA, US-FDA etc.
∎ Planning of Production Schedule as per demand and execute as per plan.
∎ Raise material requisition based on the marketing forecast and share with SCM in a timely manner
∎ Monitor all production activities, processes and operations.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of all resources (equipment and manpower) in production department.
∎ Preparation and routine update of BMR/BPR and SOPs in a timely manner.
∎ Have sufficient knowledge on utility and production equipment qualification and calibration as per cGMP requirement
∎ Ensure qualification and calibration of all production equipment as per VMP
∎ Ensure routine maintenance of all production equipment
∎ Sufficient knowledge on Cleaning Validation, Process Validation & Hold time study.
∎ Strong Leadership skill
∎ Good communication skill.
