Job Responsibilities:
∎ Running and supervising the Ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, etc.)
∎ Performing quality control on all advertising campaigns
∎ . Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns based on set goals, budget, and company standards
∎ Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and providing suggestions for improved performance
∎ Representing the Ads progress report at company meetings.
∎ Measure and report performance of digital campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
∎ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
∎ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
∎ Evaluate emerging technologies
∎ Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
∎ Ensure that impression and/or click performance, website action, and revenue delivery are appropriately tagged and tracked for performance reporting
∎ Create documentation and Maintain pre-and post-launch QA processes for all trafficked ads and pixels, assuring accuracy and proper implementation
∎ Review creative submissions (jpg, gif, HTML5, JavaScript) and ensure that they adhere to technical specifications and ad policy
∎ Ensure that all web analytics, behavioral targeting, and other optimization technologies are implemented correctly
∎ Recognize and push more efficient ways to work or opportunities for automation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2+ years proven working experience in digital advertising
∎ Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns
∎ High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
∎ Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
∎ Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
∎ Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
∎ Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
∎ Working knowledge of ad serving tools
∎ Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
∎ In-depth experience in advertising procedures, principles, methods, techniques, and practices
∎ Exhibit an understanding of web traffic and the different key performance metrics
∎ Should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
